Support portal account already exist

To be able to create and manage tickets in the Software Support portal the user need to register for an account. Accounts have been created automatically for all users that have been in contact with us previously. But, these accounts have never been used until the launch of the portal and therefore the users don't know the password.

Sign up error message

This error message is displayed when the Register button is pressed in the Sign up form


Solution

1. Go to https://software.support.flexlink.io/support/login

2. Click on the Forgot password link

 

 

 

3. Fill in your e-mail address to reset the password

 

 

 

4. Check your e-mail inbox and follow the instructions

5. Return to https://software.support.flexlink.io/support/login and login
