How to solve problem with floorplan zooming

If an imported floorplan is hard to zoom in and out there might be several causes. One thing to try is to reset the configuration files.

Note! Resetting the configuration files will factory reset FLDT to the installation state.

Reset configuration files

1. Close FLDT

2. Open Windows Start menu

3. Select FlexLink Design Tool folder

4. Select FlexLink Design Tool Utility

5. Click Reset button

6. Click Yes button

7. Click Close button

8. Make sure you are online and connected to Internet

9. Restart FLDT

10. FLDT will now start to download the eCatalog components, it may take some time depending on Internet connection speed.
