In some rare situations the Windows settings for region and language makes it impossible to start FLQT. An error message is displayed directly after start-up, before the user can enter the user credentials.
The error message contains the string “is not a supported code page” and looks like the example below, or similar.

The log file flqt.log can be found in the folder C:\Program Files (x86)\FlexLink\FlexLink Quotation Tool and looks like this, or similar.

Solution
Open the Windows Region settings page and adjust the settings:
Press Windows key
Type Region
Press Enter
Change the Regional format to English (United States)
